Lynn’s marketing career, of 25 years in the food industry, has shaped her balanced view on work style-lifestyle and what a healthy diet should include!

After training with the Bayly School in Birmingham, Lynn continued her study of this therapy and has recently completed an accredited advanced course with Effective Reflexology. Lynn seeks to maintain her interest in  complementary therapies for palliative care by attending conferences held by the National Association of Complementary Therapy in Hospice and Palliative Care.

Lynn's work includes 2 voluntary posts, one in palliative care.
